About Meridian Business Intelligence
Practical software, built close to the work.
Meridian Business Intelligence is a Milford, Connecticut startup developing practical software for offices, individuals, and property owners. We focus on real workflows, clear information, and tools people can use without needing a technical department.
Who we are
We are a founder-led startup with a small core operation. The founder brings business experience, practical requirements, product direction, and hands-on testing. This work is supported by an ongoing AI-assisted engineering collaboration for design, development, documentation, and problem solving.
When a project requires additional knowledge, review, testing, design, legal guidance, security expertise, or another specialty, we engage qualified people as needed. This structure keeps us flexible while allowing each product to grow responsibly.
How we work
Useful before impressive
Start with the real problem
We study how information is entered, found, printed, shared, and controlled before deciding how the software should behave.
Listen to the user
Suggestions and field experience help us identify the improvements that matter most in everyday work.
Keep ownership clear
We explain licensing, upgrades, product status, and limitations plainly, without making promises the software cannot support.
Build in stages
Products begin with a useful foundation, then grow through testing, corrections, feedback, and carefully selected new capabilities.
What we are developing
A growing family of practical software
Our long-term project
A practical ERP system
Our largest planned undertaking is a modular enterprise resource planning system. It is presently in preliminary development, where we are defining the business structure, records, controls, and relationships needed for a broader operational platform.
The goal is not to imitate oversized enterprise systems. It is to develop an understandable, connected business platform that can grow by function while keeping information consistent.
Because the ERP project is still at an early stage, its features, schedule, pricing, and availability have not yet been announced.
Help us build better software
We welcome thoughtful suggestions from the people who use business software in real situations. Your experience can help us decide what to improve and what to develop next.
